Welcome to the CalZen - AI Calorie Tracker application (the "App"). Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully. They contain the legal terms and conditions that you agree to when you use the service provided to you by 42apps LLC, including information, text, images, graphics, data or other materials ("Content") and the user interfaces, software, functions, and any other services provided (the "Services").

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and/or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the App) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered with the App). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Registration
To access some of our Services, you may be asked to register and provide some details including, among others, a valid email address and password.

3. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which we may amend from time to time. Please carefully review our Privacy Policy.

4. Proprietary Rights
All intellectual property rights in the App, the Services and the Content (other than content provided by users) are owned by 42apps LLC or its licensors.

5. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Some of our Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

6. Modification of Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the modification on the App or otherwise provide you with notice of the modification.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.
